May 31, 2018 at 10:35 PM the Lower Southampton Township Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle along Bustleton Pike, Feasterville after the vehicle was observed to be exceeding the 25 MPH speed limit. During this investigation 25 year old, Michael Hernandez of Philadelphia was arrested for possessing a controlled substance. Hernandez was processed and released on a Summons and a court date was scheduled. Hernandez failed to report to the scheduled court date therefor a WARRANT was issued for his arrest.
