FORENSICS FOILS FOUNTAIN FRAUDSTER - MAXIM LEVITSKIY 34, of Feasterville PA was charged with theft in excess of $7000. It is alleged that he caused the shortage of pond pumps at a local retailer in Feasterville this past summer. Authorities collected several pieces of key evidence during the investigations in addition to a Burger King bag left at the scene. MAXIM LEVITSKIY admitted his criminal involvement on two (2) separate occasions after lawmen presented him with the forensic results. Additional database information showed where the stolen goods were taken and sold. Officials credit evidence collection techniques and attention to detail by the investigating officers that led to the identification of this perpetrator. He was arraigned and released pending a future trial date.
