Unit block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 11:18PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 38 year old male driver from LMT for Possession of Narcotics and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken into police custody.
