1100 block of Dickinson Dr. reported at 7:07PM. Complainant reported an unknown male knocked on their door and identified themselves as being with the water/sewer department. He lured the homeowner into the backyard to look for a waterline while a second unknown male entered and ransacked the residence taking $65.00 and miscellaneous jewelry.
