DUI Arrest: On June 5th, 2021 at 9:25 am, Hilltown Police investigated a single vehicle traffic accident in the 300 block of Fairhill Road. The involved driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.  Charged: Lauren Mielke, 30, of the 400 block Schoolhouse Road, Sellersville, PA.  Charges: Driving Under the Influence of a Combination of Alcohol and Controlled Substance and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana

DUI Arrest: On June 18th, 2021 at 8:13 pm, Hilltown Police investigated the report of an unconscious driver in a vehicle at County Line Plaza. The responding officer discovered a driver asleep at the wheel of a running vehicle. The driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.  Charged: Michael O’Donnell, 30, of the 200 block South Reese Street, Philadelphia, PA.  Charges: Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana

DUI Arrest: On June 19th, 2021 at 6:47 pm, Hilltown Police were dispatched to the area of Bethlehem Pike to investigate the report of a possible intoxicated driver. Officers intercepted the described vehicle and performed a traffic stop in the 500 block of Fairhill Road after observing multiple violations. The driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.  Charged: Deanna Silva, 28, of the 500 block Cherry Road, Souderton, PA.  Charges: Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and traffic related summary offense

Trespass: On June 23rd, 2021 at 2:05 am, a Hilltown Police Officer entering the Wawa store located at 3520 Bethlehem Pike was alerted by store employees of a male customer refusing to leave and causing a disturbance after previous notification of trespass was given. The subject refused to depart the business and refused to identify himself to the investigating officer.  Charged: Michael Herder, 37, of the 900 block West Market Street, Perkasie, PA.  Charges: Obstruction of the Administration of Law and Defiant Trespass

DUI Arrest: On June 26th, 2021 at 2:20 am, Hilltown Police stopped a vehicle on Route 309 for an equipment violation. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for DUI. The driver refused chemical testing.  Charged: Chabely Fabian, 23, of the 500 block of Schuylkill Avenue, Reading, PA.  Charge: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

DUI Arrest: On June 28th, 2021 at 11:29 am, Hilltown Police were dispatched to a business located at the Heritage Executive Campus on Walnut Street to investigate the report of a disorderly person. Responding Officers observed the subject operating a vehicle in the area and performed a traffic stop on Route 113. The involved subject was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI. Officers determined the driver had an outstanding arrest warrant out of the Richland Township Police Department. The subject was later released into the custody of the Richland Township Police.  Charged: Barry Whiteman, 60, of Hatfield PA.  Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

Drug Arrest: On July 3rd, 2021 at 2:45 am, a Hilltown Police Officer was investigating the report of a suspicious occupied vehicle in the parking lot of County Line Plaza. The investigating Officer determined the subject was in possession of methamphetamine.  Charged: Mark Arnold, 48, of the 400 block Dorchester Lane, Perkasie, PA.  Charge: Possession of a Controlled Substance

The involved driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.  Charged: Laura Corrigan, 46, of Sterling Crest Court, Doylestown, PA.  Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and traffic related summary offense

DUI Arrest: On July 3rd, 2021 at 11:54 pm, Hilltown Police investigated a single vehicle traffic accident in the area of Hilltown Pike and Broad Street. The driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.  Charged: David Smith, 39, of the 400 block of Dresher Road, Horsham, PA.  Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and traffic related summary offense

DUI Arrest: On July 7th, 2021 at 1:02 am, Hilltown Police stopped a vehicle on Rickert Road near Blooming Glen Road for a traffic violation. The driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.  Charged: Daniel Trauger, 33, of Willow Drive, Hatfield, PA.  Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving while Operating Privilege is Suspended and related summary traffic offense.  

Public Intoxication: On July 9th, 2021 at 1:00 pm, Hilltown Police were dispatched to the McDonald’s restaurant located at 727 Souderton Road to investigate the report of an unconscious female. Responding officers discovered a female manifestly under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance.  Charged: Nicole Benehaley, 33, of the 400 block Johnson Avenue, Ridley Park, PA.  Charge: Public Drunkenness

Aggravated Assault: On July 14th, 2021 at 10:27 pm, Hilltown Police were dispatched to the Walmart located at 1515 Bethlehem Pike to investigate the report of a disturbance. Responding officers did identify a subject accused of assaulting a family member and committing a retail theft. When Officers attempted to place the subject under arrest, he actively resisted arrest and engaged in fighting with the officers, while resisting, the subject did bite an Officer several times before being restrained and transported to a medical facility for an evaluation.  Charged: David Dudgeon, 31, of the 1000 block Snyder Road, Lansdale, PA.  Charges: Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Trespass and Retail Theft  

Hindering Apprehension: On July 17th, 2021 at 3:25 pm, Hilltown Police stopped a vehicle on Route 309 for a speeding violation. The officer determined the male registered owner of the vehicle did have an outstanding felony arrest warrant. The vehicle passenger did match the description of the wanted subject. The female operator of the vehicle knowingly provided false information to the investigating officer as to the identity of the male passenger who was later confirmed to be the wanted subject in question.  Charged: Ann Delaney, 21, of the 100 block Thatcher Road, Quakertown, PA.  Charges: Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution and traffic related summary offenses

False Identification to Law Enforcement: On July 17th, 2021 at 3:25 pm, Hilltown Police stopped a vehicle on Route 309 for a speeding violation. The officer determined the registered owner of the vehicle did have an outstanding arrest warrant out of South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County. The vehicle passenger matched the description of the wanted subject. The subject intentionally provided false identification to the investigating officer. He was identified by investigative means and placed under arrest. He was later released into the custody of the South Whitehall Police Department.  Charged: James Delaney, 26, of the 100 block Thatcher Road, Quakertown, PA.  Charges: False Identification to Law Enforcement Officer and Flight to Avoid Apprehension

Hit and Run Arrest: On July 20th, 2021 at 8:21 pm, Hilltown Police responded to Bethlehem Pike at Spur Road to investigate the report of a Hit and Run traffic crash. Responding Officers discovered a crash between an off-road motorbike and a motor vehicle. The operator of the motor bike abandoned the motorcycle and fled the scene before police arrival. The fleeing operator was identified via investigation and a summons was issued.  Charged: Tyler Ginther, 28, of Lawndale Avenue, Sellersville PA.  Charges: Accidents Involving Damage to an Attended Vehicle, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended, and traffic related summary offenses

Drug Arrest: On July 21st, 2021 at 3:00 am, a Hilltown Police Officer received a wanted person notification on a vehicle registration of an occupied vehicle parked at the Wawa located at 3520 Bethlehem Pike. The investigating officer determined the occupant of the vehicle had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Lehigh County and placed him under arrest. The subject was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  Charged: Dale Wagley, 26, of the 700 block East Walnut Street, Perkasie, PA.  Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Retail Theft: On July 23rd, 2021 at 4:24 pm, Hilltown Police responded to the Walmart located at 1515 Bethlehem Pike to investigate a retail theft in progress. Responding officers identified the actor and a summons was issued.  Charged: Nathan Hamilton, 46, of the 1300 block Pickwick Lane, Lansdale, PA.  Charge: Retail Theft

Assault Arrest: On July 23rd, 2021 at 1:47 pm, Hilltown Police responded to a residence on Key Drive to investigate the report of a domestic disturbance. Investigating Officers arrived to find a female assault victim. A male subject was arrested at the scene and during custodial transport the male intentionally damaged a police patrol vehicle door and interior camera system. The male subject was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Michael W. Petrucci of Newtown and was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of posting 10% of $50,000 bail.  Charged: Karl Freuler, 58, of Key Drive, Hatfield, PA.  Charges: Simple Assault, Harassment, Criminal Mischief, and Institutional Vandalism

Public Intoxication Arrest: On July 24th, 2021 at 9:17 pm, Hilltown Police responded to a business located at 2730 Hilltown Pike to investigate the report of an intoxicated female walking in the roadway. Responding officers discovered a female manifestly under the influence of alcohol. The female subject was arrested for public intoxication.  Charged: Margaret M. Graham, 58, of the 500 block South Perkasie Road, Perkasie PA.  Charge: Public Drunkenness

DUI Arrest: On July 27th, 2021 at 10:45 pm, Hilltown Police stopped a vehicle in the 3400 block of Bethlehem Pike for a traffic violation. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for DUI.  Charged: Melissa Taylor, 44, of East Fairview Avenue, Sellersville PA.  Charges: Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana

DUI Arrest: On July 31st, 2021 at 1:11 am, Hilltown Police responded to Washington Avenue near Reliance Place to investigate the report of a motor vehicle that crashed into a stream. The involved driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.  Charged: Mark Miller, 38, of Washington Court, Telford, PA.  Charges: Driving Under the Influence of a Combination of Alcohol and a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and traffic related summary offenses
