On Monday July 20^th. 2020, the depicted female attempted to use a victim’s debit card at the Foot Locker located at 2210 W. Oregon Avenue Philadelphia, PA.  The debit card was stolen out of the victim’s wallet earlier in the day while the victim was shopping at the Walmart Store at 1515 Bethlehem Pike in Hilltown Township.  The depicted male is a person of interest and may be able to provide useful information.   We are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the depicted individuals.  If you can provide any information please contact Officer James Towhey at jtowhey@hilltownpd.org or submit at Tip via this Page.  Thank you!
