On April 4, officers responded to the Rite Aid, Lincoln Highway for a domestic situation. Officers met with the victim who stated that Bradley Smith followed her to the Rite Aid and then followed her into the store. After a brief confrontation inside and outside the store, Bradley removed fuses from the victims vehicle causing it to be inoperable. He then fled the scene. A warrant was filed due to violating conditions of his bail for stalking and harassment.
