Missing Person

We are seeking assistance with locating a missing endangered person, Richard Anderson. We have reason to believe Anderson poses an imminent threat to himself. Anderson is believed to be operating his above depicted 2017 Toyota Yaris, displaying Pennsylvania Registration LGG 2195. The vehicle has a Dairy Delite sticker on the rear passenger side of the trunk.
