Falls Township Police investigated a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They received an alert regarding the possession, manufacturing and distribution of child pornography on a social networking site. The website provided information regarding a blog that contained the sexually explicit images. Falls township police were able to identify the IP address from the user name that is associated to Kenneth Roberts III.
Mr. Roberts cellphone was seized and police found additional sexually explicit photographs depicting white male children between the ages of 10-17 years old were downloaded. One of the illegal images from the cellular phone matched a photograph that had been posted on the social network site. Mr. Roberts was then charged and arrested.
