Arrest for Manufacture, deliver, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver of a controlled substance:
A 39-year-old Levittown man was arrested on Tuesday, August 7, 2018; on charges that he sold drug to an undercover Falls Township police detective.
Joshua Cintron, of Balsam Road, was charged with manufacture, deliver, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, a controlled substance; and related felonies and misdemeanors.
Cintron, who remains in Bucks County Prison after being arrested for similar drug offenses last week, is expected to be formally arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Leonard Brown within the next few days.
According to a probable cause affidavit (attached below), the investigation began in January when Falls Township officers learned that Cintron was selling fentanyl laced heroin throughout the neighborhoods of Falls and Bristol Township. Using a confidential informant, detectives set up a meeting with Cintron in Bristol Township. During the exchange, Cintron sold 14 bags of the drug to an undercover Falls Township detective.
The bags were sent to a laboratory where they tested positive for cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl.
The investigation, which was conducted by the Falls Township Police Department Detective Division, was assisted by investigators from the Bucks County Drug Strike Force and Narcotics Units of Middletown Township, Bristol Township, and Bristol Borough Police Departments.
