
The Doylestown Township Police Department is committed to the safety and well being of all the motorists traveling on the roadways in the Doylestown area. During the week of April 12, 2021 the Doylestown Township Police Department will be conducting aggressive driving enforcement along the Easton Road and Route 611 Bypass in Doylestown Township. Traffic Citations will be issued for all violations.
What is considered Aggressive Driving?
Beginning January 4, 2021, the Doylestown Township Police Department, Central Bucks Regional Police Department, Buckingham Township Police Department and Plumstead Township Police Department will be joining forces with the Aldie Counseling Center in Doylestown to implement the “Supporting Treatment and Recovery Program” (S.T.A.R.). With support from the Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission, Inc.
Doylestown Township Police is requesting the public’s assistance with indentifying the male is the attached photographs. He was seen on Wednesday 9/9/2020 at a private residence in the 1000 block of Pebble Hill Road. If you know who this man is please contact the police at 215-348-4200 or though the tip function on CRIMEWATCH. Tips may be anonymous.

It is apparent that the death of Mr. George Floyd has and will continue to bring about change across the nation. The failure of law enforcement to provide the basic protections afforded to all citizens is unacceptable under any circumstance.

Over the past couple of months Doylestown Township like many of our neighbors have witnessed many changes to the way we live our every day lives which included closing of our offices. With Bucks County moving into the Yellow Phase for re-opening in PA we will be reopening our administrative offices effective June 8, 2020.
