On Monday July 27, 2020 Ryan Keenan M/37 was arrested for Retail Theft and related offenses following an incident that took place at the Kohl's Department store located at 1745 S. Easton Road in Doylestown Township. Keenan concealed numerous items totaling in excess of $1,400 inside a rolling luggage suitcase and exiting the store without paying for the items. Keenan was arraigned by Judge Petrucci who set bail at 10% of $50,000 and committed to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after being unable to post bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled in August in front of MDJ Douple.
