Homicide Investigation Continues After Vehicle Found

The vehicle of a slain New Jersey man has been found amid the ongoing investigation into his killing last week.

Bucks County Detectives working through the weekend issued a request Saturday asking the public’s help in locating Jamar Tucker’s 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

The 36-year-old Trenton man was found dead of a gunshot wound Friday morning in the 300 block of S. Bellevue Avenue, Langhorne Borough, and the whereabouts of his vehicle were then unknown.

Having located the SUV in a Trenton neighborhood, authorities in New Jersey took custody of the vehicle Sunday. Bucks County Detectives will process the vehicle for evidence in the continuing probe.

“We are making progress in solving Mr. Tucker’s murder, but we need the public’s help,” said District Attorney Matthew D. Weintraub. “Please submit tips through CRIMEWATCH, by email or by phone and help us catch his killer.”
