A female, 22, Altoona, was cited for Animal Noise Disturbance in the teens block of Carousel Circle, New Britain when officers were called to that location for the report of barking dogs.
A male, 21, Texas, was cited for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct when on-duty officers observed suspicious behavior by the individual. Upon making contact it was discovered that he had removed a sign from a business in the 20 block of N. Main Street, Doylestown.
