An arrest warrant was issued for Kortlin Matthew Frantz, M/20, Newark, DE, on January 10, 2023. Frantz is wanted on the above charges after police responded to a string of vehicle thefts in the parking lot of Regency Woods Apartment Complex, 70 Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown, PA, on October 22, 2022. Numerous residents reported that their vehicles had been entered and items taken during the overnight hours. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
