11/18/18 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – FIGHTING – Doylestown Borough – Brandon Ditmar, 26, Sellersville; Paul Duffin, 23, Doylestown; Alexander Geistdorfer, 23, Pennsburg; and, Travis Weisberg, 26, Sellersville were cited after police observed and broke up an active fight at approximately 0204 hrs at S. Main and E Court Street.
11/18/18 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – PUBLIC URINATION - Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited after police observed them urinating in public: Shrey Sanjay Parikh, 30, and Ronak Patel, 21, both of North Wales, Plaza East at approximately 0118 hrs; Brian Holloway Uzelac, 21, Doylestown, at approximately 0156 hrs across from Chambers Restaurant at approximately 0131 hrs near the County Theater.
11/17/18 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – New Britain Borough – Brandon Michael Keller, 19, Bel Air, MD, was cited for DC and Underage Drinking when police observed Keller in the parking lot of Del Val University urinating in public and presenting with a can of half filled beer.
11/17/18 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, CARRYING FALSE ID CARD - Doylestown Borough – John Latch, 20, Huntingdon Valley, was cited after police observed Latch not gain entry into Stephanie’s on Main Street at approximately 2328 hrs and then proceed into an alley displaying suspicious behavior.
11/16/18 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – Doylestown Borough – Jason Myers, 43, Doylestown, was cited after police were dispatched to the Septa station at approximately 2243 hrs for report of a male who fell onto the tracks. Myers presented with an odor of alcohol, slurred speech, unsteady gait, and glassy eyes.
11/12/18 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Daniel Cornell, 28, Doylestown, was arrested after police investigate suspicious behavior in the Wawa parking lot on S. Main Street at approximately 0138 hrs. Cornell presented with an odor of alcohol and was seen driving his vehicle into the parking lot. Field sobriety tests were administered and failed; subsequent blood draw at Doylestown Hospital.
11/06/18 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Jeffrey Wilson, 54, Doylestown, was arrested after police responded to the area of Fonthill Castle for report of an erratic driver. While police were in route, the reported vehicle struck a pole. Wilson was attended to by CB Ambulance at which time police observed a strong smell of alcohol and other signs of intoxication and subsequent blood draw was drawn.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
