New Britain Man Pleads Guilty to Murder
Jason K. Lutey, 42, of Keeley Avenue, New Britain, plead guilty today to 3rd degree Murder, Possession Instrument of Crime, Abuse of Corpse, and Tampering with Evidence in the murder of girlfriend Colleen Patterson on September 7, 2018. The body was found by Officers in the back of Lutey’s vehicle outside his residence. Lutey was sentenced to an aggregated sentence of 25-50 years in State Prison. This case was investigated by the Bucks County Detectives in conjunction with the Central Bucks Regional Police Department.
