ARRESTS

Forgery Arrest, May 3, 2021, 195 E. Butler Avenue (Univest Bank), Chalfont Borough – On May 3, 2021, Shana Anna Peterson, F/37 with no fixed abode, attempted to cash a fraudulent check at the drive through lane of Univest Bank in Chalfont Borough. Peterson was using illegally obtained identification documents. Police responded and located Peterson driving on Butler Avenue in the area of Tamenend Avenue, New Britain Borough. Police attempted to conduct a car stop when Peterson left the area at a high rate of speed swerving in and out of traffic. Police abandoned pursuit so they would not increase dangerous conditions for public safety. Neighboring jurisdictions were advised of the direction of travel of the fleeing vehicle. Peterson wound up in Warrington Township where she crashed the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. Warrington Township Police were able to locate and take Peterson into custody. Peterson, who has numerous outstanding warrants, was arraigned on CBRPD charges, bail set at 10% $150,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Harassment Arrest, May 4, 2021, tens block of S. West Street, Doylestown Borough – Jennifer Wood, F/61, of Doylestown, PA has been charged with 2 counts of Harassment and 3 counts of Disorderly Conduct following a neighbor dispute involving a political flag. Events took place over several weeks. Wood allegedly harassed neighbor by yelling obscenities, looking in and banging on window, and threatened if flag was not removed, would engage in a fight. Wood refused police instruction to cease activity, followed by Wood throwing dead flowers on neighbor’s porch and subsequent e-mail admitting placing dead leaves on porch and branches in neighbor’s mailbox.  A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Theft Arrest, May 5, 2021, 436 N. Main Street (Staples), Doylestown Borough - On March 18, 2021, Glen Matthew Alexander, M/49, of Elkton, MD, was arrested by Ridley Township, Delaware County, PA for local charges. At that time Alexander was detained on CBRPD’s active arrest warrant from a retail theft incident that took place on March 14, 2015. Alexander had entered the Staples store, located at 436 N. Main Street in Doylestown Borough, and stole the display I-phone after severing the security wires. Alexander was identified through video footage and Staple employees identification of the offender due to previous contacts. On May 5, 2021, Alexander was transported to Bucks County, arraigned, bail set at $30,000 unsecured with conditions and remanded to Bucks County Prison based on an out-of-County detainer.

DUI Arrest, May 6, 2021, W. State and S. Main Streets, Doylestown Borough – Christopher Moyer, M/35, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for vehicle traveling the wrong way on a one way street. Moyer presented with a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot glassy eyes and slow motor skills. Moyer failed field sobriety tests and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Reckless Endangerment and False Report Arrest, May 7, 2021, 136 E. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Chad R. Yannarella, M/47, of Jamison, PA, was charged with the above offenses and additional charges of Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, and No Passing Zones from traffic accident on April 12, 2021. During initial police response, Yannarella stated he slammed on his brakes to avoid a car turning. Video footage proved Yannarella passed a vehicle in a no passing zone and then slammed on his brakes purposely causing an accident. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Underage Drinking Violation, May 8, 2021, 22 S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – A juvenile F/16, of Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed juvenile with a group and in possession of a bottle containing alcoholic beverage. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, May 8, 2021, S. Main and E. State Streets, Doylestown Borough – Kendall A. Kelly, F/28, of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, and was arrested for the above offense after police responded to female walking in the middle of street with open container of alcoholic beverage. Kelly presented with strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech and unsteady gait. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, May 9, 2021, 19 N. Main Street (Chambers), Doylestown, PA – Jacob Foran, M/22, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police witnessed Foran under the influence, screaming and cursing, pushing several people and becoming irate. A Citation has been field.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, May 9, 2021, Printers Alley and E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Edward A. Diienno, M/31, of Southampton, PA, was arrested for the above offense for well being check. Diienno appeared to be intoxicated and sick, unable to answer questions. Diienno was transported to Doylestown Hospital for medical attention. A Citation has been filed.

Drug Possession Arrest, May 10, 2021, 625 N. Main Street (Main Street Inn), Doylestown, PA – Maria G. D’Angelo, F/40, of Upper Black Eddy, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police responded on April 14, 2021 for unwanted subject no longer able to pay hotel bill. Illicit drugs were found in D’Angelo’s room and D’Angelo was transported to Doylestown Hospital for medical attention. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, May 10, 2021, 400 block of North Street, Doylestown Borough – Eric Eugene Moyer, M/42, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense for continuing course of conduct from April 2 through May 9.  Police responded several times for noise ordinance, parking complaints, and harassment. A Citation has been filed.

Retail Theft, May 11, 2021 31 W. State Street (Something Else), Doylestown Borough - On May 11, 2021, officers were dispatched to Something Else store, located at 31 W. State Street in Doylestown Borough, for report of male subject who stole a pair of grey pants and fled. Police located Christopher Willis, M/47 of Philadelphia, PA, walking down Main Street wearing the stolen pants with tag still attached. Willis was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $15,000 unsecured with conditions, and released.

Theft Arrest, May 12, 2021, 573 N. Main Street (Provident Bank), Doylestown Borough - Armond Butler, M/20, of Ambler, PA, was charged with Theft and Receiving Stolen Property following a fraud investigation. In February 2021, Butler opened a bank account followed by suspicious activity resulting in fraudulent transactions totaling $6,450. Butler turned himself in on an active warrant on May 12, 2021, was arraigned, bail set at $1,500 unsecured.

DUI Arrest, May 13, 2021, Main Street and Wisler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Kurt Schoenmeier, M/45, of Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense. Police were assisting disabled vehicle when Schoenmeiers’s vehicle drove by emenating strong odor. A traffic stop was conducted and field sobriety tests administered, failed and subsequent blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. Schoenmeier admitted to smoking marijuana while driving. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

DUI and Obstruction Arrest, May 15, 2021, W. State and S. Main Streets, Doylestown Borough – Elizabeth G. Rauch, F/38, of Warminster, PA, was arrested for the above offenses following a traffic stop for traveling the wrong way on W. State Street. Rauch presented with an odor of alcohol and glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were failed and Rauch refused blood draw. A search warrant for blood draw was obtained and refused. Due to refusal, highest charge for DUI was applied, and additional charge of Obstructing Administration of Law Functions. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

DUI Arrest, May 15, 2021, 143 E. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Walter J. Jucewicz, Jr. M/45, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense. A traffic stop was conducted for Jucewicz drifting into opposite lane of travel nearly missing police vehicle. Jucewicz presented with extremely slow motor skills, slurred speech and glassy eyes. Following failed sobriety tests, blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, May 15, 2021, 25 E. State Street (Siren Records), Doylestown Borough – Brendan Zachary Giampa, M/23, of Souderton, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed Giampa urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, May 16, 2021, 12 N. Main Street (Classic Cigars), Doylestown Borough – Orterro Milton Felton, M/22, of Maplewood, NJ, was arrested for the above offense after police observed Felton urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.

DUI Arrest, May 16, 2021, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Kaisean Freedman, M/25, of North Wales, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police a traffic stop for speeding. Before activating lights to pull the vehicle over, Freedman drifted to the side of the road, hit a curb and tree simultaneously in front of Firstrust Bank. Freedman presented with glassy eyes, odor of alcohol and slow motor skills. Freedman failed field sobriety tests and was taken to Doylestown Hospital for blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Conspiracy Arrest, May 17, 2021, 555 N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough – Ryan Arthur Neat, M/19, of New Hope, PA, was arrested for above offenses for ongoing contacts involving harassment. On April 19, 2021, following a brief encounter at Wawa gas pumps, Neat followed victim home flashing lights, revving engine and nearly causing an accident. When arriving at residence, Neat blocked the victim’s vehicle and the occupants began yelling and cursing the victim. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Forgery Arrest, May 20, 2021, 195 E. Butler Avenue (Univest Bank), Chalfont Borough - On May 20, 2021 at 11:30am officers responded to Univest Bank in Chalfont, Pa for a report of a bad check. Officers arrived to find a male subject, later identified as Harvey Zimmerman, M/60, at the counter attempting to cash a check belonging to another account holder. The teller became suspicious when Zimmerman couldn't answer basic questions regarding the account and didn't match the picture that they had on file for the account holder. Zimmerman was arrested and found to have multiple forms of false identification, as well as credit cards in his possession. While in custody it was discovered that he had multiple warrants from other local police departments. Zimmerman was arraigned on all charges, bail was set at $225,000 with conditions and he was transported to Bucks County Prison.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, May 21, 2021, 19 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Joseph Arthur Cuomo, M/22, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed Cuomo stagger down sidewalk and proceed to get sick. Cuomo presented with bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. A Citation has been filed.

Ordinance Violation, May 21, 2021, W. Court and Lafayette Streets, Doylestown Borough – Finley J. Ueland, F/21, of Doylestown, PA, was cited for Possessing Open Container and Scattering Rubbish after police drove by and observed Ueland throw a can stating “Police, throw your cans.” Pedestrian stop was conducted for possible underage drinking. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrests, May 22-23, 2021, Doylestown Borough – The following persons were arrested this date for urinating in public:  Sean David Enama, M/21, of Jamison, PA; Joseph F. Rose, M/32, of North Wales, PA; Kenneth J. Armour, M/51, of Doylestown, PA; Edwin Currier, M/26, of Quakertown, PA; Kyle Lee Weir, M/24, of Souderton, PA; Ryan Michael Schmidt, M/22, of Doylestown, PA; Michael Vincent Driver, M/23, of Jamison, PA; John Benedickson, M/21, of Doylestown, PA; Jacob Matthew Cohen-Cook, M/22, of Newtown, PA; Isaiah Alston, M/24, of Warminster, PA; Thomas Andrew Meinert, M/22, of Doylestown, PA; and, Alexander James Johnson, M/22, of Sellersville, PA.  Citations have been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, May 22, 2021, Printers Alley, Doylestown Borough – Ramsey D. Sayres, M/23, of Pipersville, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed Sayres sitting on steps to a business asleep with his head tucked into his shirt. Police woke Sayres and called EMS to assess his medical condition. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, May 23, 2021, 1 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Daniel Patrick Shaw, M/21, of Jamison, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed Shaw sitting on steps of a business getting sick. Shaw presented with pale skin and extremely bloodshot eyes. A Citation has been filed.

Defiant Trespass Arrest, May 25, 2021, 700 E. Butler Avenue (Del Val University), New Britain Borough – Freddie Whipple, M/23, of Trenton, NJ, was arrested for the above offense after being found on the property despite former citation for trespassing. The University had previously written Whipple a letter stating he was not allowed on the property and a detailed process for obtaining permission, if needed. Whipple was arraigned, $20,000 unsecured bail and released.  

Criminal Mischief Arrest, May 28, 2021, 19 N. Main Street (Chambers), Doylestown Borough – David James Binder, M/48, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense (additional charges of Disorderly Conduct, Harassment and Public Drunkenness) after officers responded to Chambers for a physical altercation. Binder was told to leave the establishment at which time he engaged in resisting to leave and punching/breaking a glass door. A Criminal Complaint has been filed. A summons will be sent for Binder to appear in court.

DUI Arrest, May 28, 2021, W. State and Main Streets, Doylestown Borough – Colin Patrick Durnin, M/27, of Jamison, PA, was arrested for the above offense following officers’ observation of Durnin traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. Durnin presented with slurred speech, glassy, bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were failed and subsequent blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, May 28, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Melanie Rosero, F/21, of Warrington, PA, was arrested for the above offense after officer observed Rosero, with an unsteady gait, stumble and fall on her back in the middle of N. Main Street. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, May 29, 2021, 215 E. Butler Avenue (Pina’s Pizza), Chalfont Borough – Douglas Fischer, M/54, of Springfield, NJ, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to a domestic incident at Pina’s Pizza parking lot. It was determined Fischer was intoxicated causing the incident to occur. A Citation has been field.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, May 29, 2021, Doylestown Borough – The following individual was cited for urinating in public: John Harry Werynski, M/23, of Sellersville, PA. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, May 30, 2021, Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited for urinating in public: Raymond Lee Hollister IV, M/ 22, of Churchville, PA; and, Sean David Enama, M/21, of Jamison, PA. Citations have been filed.

Receiving Stolen Property Arrest, May 31, 2021, W. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Justin Wilkin, M/33, of Sicklerville, NJ, was arrested for the above offense stemming from an incident that took place on January 24, 2021. Officer conducted a traffic stop for U-Haul truck traveling without taillights illuminated. Investigation revealed the U-Haul truck Wilkin was driving had been reported stolen in addition to Wilken’s driver license being suspended/revoked. A Criminal Complaint has been filed. A summons will be sent for Wilkin to appear in court.
