Police were dispatched to a fight in progress involving a gun between two male subjects in the area of 160 S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough, on September 24, 2018 at approximately 1651 hrs. Victim was driving northbound on S. Main Street when he observed Soult traveling southbound suddenly make a U-turn getting directly behind the victim. Victim and Soult are known to each other. Soult advanced his vehicle in front of the victim’s vehicle and blocked victim from continuing. Soult attempted to punch victim through driver’s window, proceeded to open the door and pull victim from his vehicle. A fight ensued, Soult punched the victim in the head and face and threw him to the ground, at which time Soult pulled out a handgun and threatened the victim. Soult was arraigned, bail set at $250,000 with restrictions and remanded to Bucks County Prison. Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
