Police were flagged down by an employee of a liquor establishment on N. Main Street in Doylestown Borough at approximately 12:50 AM about three male subjects refusing to leave the facility. Police made contact with two of the subjects on the street who allegedly just left the establishment and had been drinking. Police advised subjects not to drive and observed them taking a cab ride. A short time later, police observed the two subjects enter their vehicle and begin to drive. At this time, police conducted a vehicle stop and subsequent field tests were administered and blood draw obtained from the driver, Dedeo. Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
