Case

On May 29, 2019 Buckingham Police responded to the area of Charter Club Dr., in the Doylestown section of Buckingham Township.  There they encountered a black male who was acting erratically.  There were reports that he walked on to a resident's property and asked about work.  A resident was threatened by his behavior but wasn't sure about proceeding with criminal charges for Harassment.  This male was identified as Sean Aaron Perry, B/M, 31 years old, 510, 170 lbs.

Mr. Perry is known to the area police departments for attempting to escalate the police into taking action.  He provokes officers with racial comments and attempts to bait them into an altercation.

On June 17, 2019 Buckingham Police again were called about Sean Aaron Perry.  This time he was seen looking in a window on Stirrup Lane.  Perry's actions alarmed several homeowners in the neighborhood.

Perry was charged with Harassment for both incidents, but is not currently in custody.  Police are considering additional charges against Perry and are in contact with the District Attorney's Office.

On July 15, 2019 Judge Snow found Sean Perry guilty of harassment and disorderly conduct for both incidents.  He was given maximum fines on all four (4) citations.  Perry was warned to stay off of residents' properties and further incidents may increase penalties and fines.
