SUBJECT: Dog Shot in Magnolia Hill Section of Levittown, PA
LOCATION OF OCCURRENCE: Area of 33 Midwood Lane

SYNOPSIS:
On Friday, June 10, 2022, at approximately 0930 hours, police were dispatched to 33 Midwood Lane for a report of a dog that had been shot by a neighbor.
Upon arrival, officers found a white American Bulldog with a gunshot would lying in the front yard of the residence. The dog was deceased.
Neighbors directed the police to the residence of the neighbor who had shot the dog. The neighbor reported to police he was walking his German Shephard dog by 33 Midwood Lane when the American Bulldog escaped the yard and started attacking his dog. The neighbor has a valid license to carry a firearm and pulled his revolver, firing one shot at the attacking dog.
Neighbors were interviewed and evidence was collected from the scene. The DA’s Office was notified and will review all the evidence and reports before making a charging decision.
