Bristol Borough Police teamed up with the American Hose & Hook & Ladder Company to provide Halloween Treats to the Borough Children. A drive through was setup at the Firehouse and firefighters along with police officers gave out prepackaged candy. The Bristol borough Police received a visit from a caring friend. Maddalyn Stadler of Levittown, made and delivered care packages for the police officers. Maddalyn's parent is a childhood friend of Officer James Ellis. Maddalyn told her parents that she did not like the way police officers have been treated lately. The event was conducted in a safe and peaceful manner which respected the rights of those who wanted to be heard. Chief Henry and officers joined the students at Angelina's Bakery on Mill Street for conversation and donuts. The Bristol Borough Police visited with the 21st Century Summer School program. The school program was conducted virtually this year, however as a farewell, the program offered a summer pickup lunch event. The 21st Century provided the camp participants with a BBQ style lunch, along with t-shirts, Gi Gi"s Water Ice and other giveaways.
