Patrol Operations Commander, Lt. John Gladu

Lieutenant Gladu has been a member of the Bensalem Township Police Department since 1998.  He was an integral part of forming the Motor Patrol Unit in 2000 and was later promoted to Sergeant in 2005.  Lieutenant Gladu served as supervisor in the Patrol Division, Traffic Safety Unit, and the Criminal Investigations Unit before being promoted to Lieutenant in 2016.  Lieutenant Gladu is currently the Patrol Operations Commander for the department.

Lieutenant Gladu received a Bachelor’s Degree from the Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice / Police Administration from St. Joseph’s University, and graduated from class #313 of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff & Command.
