BENSALEM POLICE SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS UNIT ARRESTS KNOWN FENTANYL TRAFFICKER AND SEIZE DRUGS, CASH AND A GUN
On Tuesday, March 14, 2023 the Bensalem Township Police Special Investigations Unit conducted a narcotics investigation at the Penn Lodge Motel located at 4331 Lincoln Hwy in Bensalem Township.
Through the course of the investigation officers arrested actor, Basheon Johnson, 36 years old from Schumacher Drive in Bristol PA. Johnson is known to police for trafficking Fentanyl in Bensalem and Bristol Township. Johnson also had an active warrant out of the Bucks County Sherriff’s Office.
As a result of the investigating Johnson was found to be in possession of 18 bags of Fentanyl, 1 ounce of crack cocaine, $2,300.00 US Currency, and a 9 mm handgun.
Basheon Johnson was charged with Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Person not to Possess, Use, Manufacture, Control, Sell or Transfer Firearms. Basheon Johnson was arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10% of $100,000 bail.
