Bedminster Twp. Police Department Presented with Agency Award
We are proud to announce that the Bedminster Township Police Department was awarded the FBI-LEEDA Agency Trilogy Award. FBI-LEEDA presents this award to law enforcement agencies whose entire Command Staff have completed the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Leadership series. The FBI-LEEDA Trilogy consists of Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute and Executive Leadership Institute.
FBI-LEEDA, also known as the Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, was formed in 1991 to provide LEEDS graduates with a vehicle for continued networking and educational opportunities. Today FBI-LEEDA’s membership includes law enforcement professionals throughout United States, U.S. territories and foreign countries. The Association offers leadership, media and internal affairs courses.
The FBI-LEEDA courses and seminars use a wide range of source material and call upon participants’ own professional experiences to facilitate individual development and learning. FBI-LEEDA faculty members are passionate instructors who have executive level law enforcement and leadership experience, and academics who conduct research in various fields.
“This award is a result of the dedication and investment that Bedminster Township has made to cultivating leaders who promote professionalism, community partnership and problem solving. I am grateful that our police supervisors have had these opportunities to learn about important topics impacting the delivery of modern police services.”
