On September 16, 2018 Joseph Brown m/62 was arrested and charged with Retail Theft after he was observed removing price tags and concealing merchandise at the Kohl's in Doylestown Township. Brown was arraigned and committed to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail.
